UK police have extended a thank you to a civilian who extended his leg to trip up a suspect who was being chased by Kingston police officers. The footage,posted to the force’s Facebook page, shows a member of the public in Kingston upon Thames casually tripping up the suspect, and allowing the officers to make the arrest.
