Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government is looking into whether to pay interest on more than $245 million in guaranteed income supplements that it has owed 83000 low-income seniors since as far back as 2008. That's a turnabout from final week, when officials said no interest is paid on retroactive benefits.
