Pennsylvania has a fresh electoral map,and it could help Democrats win back the U.
S. House of Representatives this plunge.
The state's Supreme Court released the fresh congressional district map on Monday, just weeks after ruling that the map was unconstitutional because it was gerrymandered to favor Republicans back in 2011.
