Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker has said the players would like goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny to return to the club when his loan spell at Roma ends.
Szczesny,25, lost his place to David Ospina at the end of last season and was then pushed further down the pecking order by the summer arrival of Petr Cech from Chelsea.
