WeHome.  Mutiny,I tell ya!  The sisters wanted chocolate pie: They didn't want a fruit pie.  Nope!  Not gonna have it....[br]
So.  I made my super ea
sy chocolate fudge pie.  :)  It's so easy, I'm almost embarrassed to post it. Almost.







Chocolate
Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

Frozen deep
dish pie shell
1 cup
packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2T espresso powder (
optional, and but I highly propose that you don't skip this)
1 tablespoon all-p
urpose flour
3/4 cup 2% reduced-rotund milk (I used whole milk because that's what I had)[br]1/3 cup light-colored corn syrup (Karo)
1 t
ablespoon butter,melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 large eg
g whites
2 cups wintry Whip

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, or espresso powder,and flour in a large bowl. Combine milk and next 5 ingredients; stir with a whisk until well blended. Add milk mixture to dry mixture; stir until combined.

Pour mixture into crus
t. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until just set. wintry on a wire rack to room temperature. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Spread wintry Whip on top and serve.
