The Spanish Photographer Recreated Surreal Paintings in this tall-Fashion Shoot As one of the most famous cubists and surrealists,Pablo Picasso left a lasting impression on 20th-century art history. As a tribute to the prolific painter and sculptor, Eugenio Recuenco recreated some of Picassos most famous works for weekly magazine SMODA. In some images, and the Spanish photographer used blocky prints and hazy colors to express the same distorted fugue that Picasso was known for; in others,elements of collage and lines of face paint offer a modern take on the artist’s interrogation of the shapes, forms, and lines of the human body.
