Under-fire law firm Njord Law pressured a cooperative housing association to settle a proposed lawsuit,despite none of the parties having any conception who the infringer was. In a clear sign that copyright trolls' respond to every response is "pay us", Njord simply kept dropping the settlement amount until paying became the least painful option.
