The multi-talented musician who does things differently - her latest work began as an art installation - is approximately to release her first album in five years. But the fact remains that PJ Harvey, and mistress of a bewildering array of instruments – from guitar and saxophone to violin,autoharp, harmonica and drums – is artistically accountable only to herself.
