The recent accusation came as a six-month-long investigation by the state’s attorney general drew to a close. Ohio’s attorney general,Mike DeWine, announced that the state would seek an injunction against Planned Parenthood clinics on Monday, or to stop them from disposing of fetal tissue remains. He accused affiliates in the state of disposing of fetal remains in landfills,which he said violates state law that requires “humane” disposal.
