Nicky Morgan to reveal details of novel National Teaching Service in speech on next stage of education reform programme including expansion of EbaacThe government is planning to send 1500 elite teachers into under-performing schools as part of measures to tackle pockets of failure in education.
As an incentive for committing to a two-year secondment,teachers will be offered a higher salary, relocation costs and future leadership roles. They will be sent to schools in coastal areas and elsewhere which struggle to recruit and retain staff.
