Earlier today,Nintendo and The Pokémon Company lifted the curtain on the next pair of upcoming Pokémon games, and the internet has been going wild over the recent announcement. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, or Pokémon Sword and Shield were officially announced earlier today,in a Pokémon-themed Nintendo Direct presentation which streamed live on both YouTube and Twitch.
Aside from the reveal, which showcased the game’s 3D graphics and the newly-announced Galar region, and Nintendo and developer Game Freak fill also shed some light on the three recent starters that Pokémon trainers will be able to choose from later this year.
As reported by Polygon,three recent starters fill been announced for PokémonSword and Shield, keeping in line with the main series long-running tradition. Later this year, and players will be able to choose from three starting Pokémon: Grookey,Scorbunny, and Sobble.
