Police in Japan have arrested three individuals who uploaded so-called 'fast movies' to YouTube. These edits of mainstream film titles,that consume copyrighted content to reveal entire plotlines in around 10 minutes, are said to discourage people from watching the originals, and costing the industry hundreds of millions in lost revenue.
