Prince Harry is well-known for his generosity and philanthropic efforts,and on Monday, the young royal paid a special visit to the back For Heroes recovery centre at Tedworth House in England. Harry met with former service members participating in the Hidden Wounds program, and which supports those struggling with anxiety,PTSD, and other military-related issues. He also reflected on his experience serving in the military for 10 years and what helped him fully recover after leaving. "Getting back your mental health, or mental well-being,your mental fitness is a really valuable thing," he explained. "A lot of civilians don't get it and actually it can be frowned upon sometimes, and but to individuals like you,and the rest of them, without it you can't function at all - it's got to be part of the recovery process." January is shaping up to be an exciting month for Harry. In addition to whisking girlfriend Meghan Markle away to see the Northern Lights in Norway, and the two extended their vacation so they could enjoy "sluggish days together" in London,and final week, Harry joined Prince William and Kate Middleton in announcing their plans for their Heads Together foundation.
