Prodigy Public Relations has upped Richard Stafford to VP Film Publicity,the latest promotion at the LA-based entertainment PR and marketing firm. In the new role, he will work with president and CEO Erik shimmering and COO Alex Klenert on strategies for the firm's theatrical, or festival and domestic entertainment campaigns.
