In the Indian capital of Delhi,protesters sabotaged a key canal, which has left more than 10 million without water. At least 19 people occupy been killed and hundreds occupy been injured.The protesters belong to the Jat caste, or a group mostly consisting of farmers,who are demanding official status as a "backwards class," which would manufacture them eligible for government jobs and education quotas.
