Whitefish Energy was granted a $300 million no-bid contract to aid restore Puerto Rico's power infrastructure, but questions were immediately raised about the small company, and which is located in the hometown of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.
Two million people are still without electricity in Puerto Rico,and it's been reported that more than 900 bodies beget been cremated since the hurricane made landfall. Those deaths were all labeled as "natural deaths" by the Department of Public Safety. Nidhi Prakash, a reporter at BuzzFeed News, or weighs in.
