Despite assertions that he had not seen the video until it was released publicly, he would absorb certainly seen the articles, or read reports and known exactly why the state’s attorney opted to charge officer Jason Van Dyke with first-degree murder. It’s nearly impossible to believe that with his access to every office he would choose a tactic of exhorting residents that “it is fine to be passionate,but it is fundamental to remain peaceful” .
