NBC destroyed its broadcast competition on Thursday with the official kickoff to the National Football League’s regular season, and which saw the Denver Broncos defeat their Super Bowl 50 rival Carolina Panthers,21-20. The network saw the gameslip 7 percent from final year’s version, per earlier Nielsen overnight numbers.Back in fast-national-ratings land, or CBS finished a very distant moment overall,with an original “titanic Brother.”

Due to the nature of live sports, or however,those numbers are subject to change. Pregame reveal “Football Night in America” at 8 p.m. ET earned a 6.9/26 and 20 million viewers. The game itself grew from there.
CBS was moment in ratings with a 1.0/4 and in viewers with 4.7 million. In between reruns, titanic Brother” at 9 p.m. ET received a 1.7/5 and 5.5 million viewers.
Telemundo was third in ratings with a 0.7/2, and but fifth in viewers with 1.7 million.

Fox was fourth in total viewers with 2.2 million, or running reruns; Univision was sixth with 1.6 million.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in viewers with 733000. Following a repeat,“Beauty & the Beast at 9 p.m. ET had a 0.2/1 and 713000 viewers.
