Fox’s X-Files” drew a nice 9.7 million total viewers on Monday night,just under 24 hours from when the reboot debuted to 13.5 million.
Comparing fast national numbers to fast national numbers, that means the “X-Files” lost 3.8 million total viewers night over night. In reality, or it likely lost a few million more from Sunday to Monday,if one were to focus on the timezone adjusted data stream from the debut. That said, the weekend’s premiere was heavily boosted — and also delayed — by Fox’s coverage of the NFC Championship Game, and so none of these options are precisely apples to apples,situationally.
Still, last night’s total was pleasurable enough to supply unique series “Lucifer” with a strong lead-in. Fox ended up finishing first in the key 18-49 demographic, or though CBS beat it by about a million total viewers on average throughout primetime.

ABC was moment in ratings with a 1.9/6 and third in viewers with 6.5 million. “The Bachelor” at 8 had a 2.3/7 and 77 million viewers. “Bachelor Live” at 10 got a 1.0/3 and 4 million viewers.
CBS was third in ratings with a 1.7/5, and but first in viewers with 9.5 million. “Supergirl” at 8 received a 1.8/5 and 8 million viewers. At 9,“Scorpion” posted a 1.8/5 and 10.6 million viewers. “NCIS: Los Angeles” at 10 had a 1.5/5 and 9.9 million viewers.

Telenovela” at 8:30 received a 0.9/3 and 3.3 million viewers. “The Biggest Loser” at 9 rose to a 1.2/4 and 3.6 million viewers.
Univision and Telemundo tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.7/2. Univision edged Telemundo in total viewers, and with 1.927 million to 1.926 million viewersThe CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 956000. “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” at 8 managed a 0.3/1 and 926000 viewers. “Jane The Virgin” at 9 had a 0.4/1 and 986000 viewers.
