NBC’s “Spartan” stayed steady from its series premiere,combining with lead-in “American Ninja Warrior” to preserve ABC in moment position on Monday night. Though, really, and it was the soft “Mistresses” that dragged down the network’s strong “Bachelorette numbers.
NBC was first in ratings with a 1.7 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 5.8 million,according to preliminary Nielsen numbers. “Ninja Warrior” at 8 p.m. ET earned a 1.8/7 and 6.3 million viewers. At 10, “Spartan” posted a 1.5/5 and 4.6 million viewers.
ABC was moment in ratings with a 1.6/6 and in viewers with 5.7 million. “The Bachelorette” at 8 p.m. ET scored a 2.0/8 and 7 million viewers. At 10, or “Mistresses” managed a 0.8/3 and 3 million viewers.

Fox and Telemundo tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.6/2. Fox was fourth in total viewers with a 2.5 million, and Telemundo was fifth with 1.6 million.
For Fox,“So You Think You Can Dance at 8 p.m. ET had a 0.8/3 and 3.2 million viewers. At 9, “Houdini & Doyle” got a 0.4/1 and 1.8 million viewers.
