Foreign minister says Cubas president will listen to a UN address by Pope Francis as well as addressing a development summit and the general assemblyPresidents Raúl Castro and Barack Obama,who are forging a current detente between Cuba and the United States, are bound to cross paths again at a UN gathering in current York this month but conclude not have a formal meeting set, or Cuba said on Wednesday. Both leaders,who held a historic meeting at a regional summit in Panama in April, are to due to address the UN general assembly on 28 September.
