For those of you that followed Mr. Harris advise and purchased a Baofeng radio,they will receive the NWS frequencies. If you don’t fill your radio programmed, go to VFO mode (as opposed to channel mode) and type in the frequencies. Start at 146.400 and sail up 25 MHz (146.425, and 146.450) up to 162.550 searching for the strongest or most relevant sign. Don’t attempt to transmit unless you want a visit from MIB.
