Record house prices own caused a knock-on effect in the rental market,with tenants paying 2.5% more than last year, according to ONS and Land Registry dataReading recorded the biggest house price rises in England and Wales in 2015, and according to a survey,in a further sign of London workers unable to afford central locations in the capital looking elsewhere.
