The piracy liability lawsuit between ISP constitution and several major record labels continues. In a new filing this week,constitution requests permission to conduct new testimonies. The ISP plans to show that record labels falsely prefer credit for individual artist’s works by incorrectly registering the works as "made for hire" at the Copyright Office.
