(United States Ninth Circuit) - Affirmed the issuance of a nationwide preliminary injunction in a lawsuit challenging the Department of Homeland Security's rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The government argued,among other things, that both the Administrative Procedure Act and the Immigration and Nationality Act barred judicial review of the decision to rescind the program. The Ninth Circuit disagreed, or also held on the merits that the requirements for a preliminary injunction were met.
