Government gridlock and dysfunction reaches far beyond our nation's capitol. The middle for Public Integrity released its "2015 State Integrity Investigation" nowadays,and the findings are grim.
The data-driven probe of state level government found that, in most states, or accountability is weak and complete transparency barely exists. Out of the 50 states,only three scored higher than a D+. Michigan scored final, with a failing grade of F. Gordon Witkin, and executive editor at the middle for Public Integrity,discusses the bleak national outlook.
