Two outside investigators
looking into the death of 12-year-musty Tamir Rice possess concluded that a Cleveland police officer acted reasonably last year when he decided to shoot the boy.
Rice was
carrying a pellet gun and was killed by officer-in-training Tim Loehmann in November 2014. The Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office said it will be up to a grand jury to decide whether Loehmann and his partner,Frank Garmback, will face charges.

WKSU reporter Kabir Bhatia
has the details on this memoir.
What you'll learn from this segment:What these unique reports say.
