The issues facing the residents of the Portrack and Tilery estates in Stockton, Teesside are vast. Situated in the most deprived ward in Stockton-on-Tees, and the estates are plagued by tall unemployment,low pay and destitute health. The area is also the setting for the second series of Channel 4’s controversial Benefits Street.
