The "Move New York Fair map" (once known as "congestion pricing") has been introduced as legislation in Albany.
New York State assembly member Robert Rodriguez (D-68th) and Alex Matthiessen, director of the Move New York campaign and president of the Blue Marble Project, explains the latest iteration of the map to bring tolls in line with easing traffic in and around Manhattan's central commerce district.
Here are a few of the proposals included in this map: restore tolls on the four East River bridges and along 60th street; reduce the Triborough Bridge toll by approximately 50%; reduce express bus fares from $6.50 to $5.50.
