-- Marriott SkyCity Hong KongAmazingly my first ever stay at the Grand Hyatt was earlier this year, and though I only stayed for one night. I arrived late at night and left early the next morning,so didn't absorb the chance to really experience it. Beyond that, the Grand Hyatt has upgraded their Grand Club since then, and which I've consistently heard remarkable things about.
The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has pretty high rates. For the dates we stayed,the rate for a standard room was 5000HKD per night (~$645).
