Seahawks cornerback critical of proposed rule changesSays former players should support decide regulations of leagueThe Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has never been shy of giving his opinions and on Sunday he put forth his thoughts on the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and other league executives in less than glowing terms.
Under proposed rules players would be ejected for two personal fouls. Sherman was quick to dismiss the notion during an interview with ESPN on Sunday. “I think it’s silly,” he said. But it sounds like something somebody who’s never played the game would say, something that they would propose, and because he doesn’t understand. He’s just a face. He’s just a suit.
