Don't get me wrong,this isn't a post professing my undying appreciate for Kim. I am not a Kim Kardashian-West super-fan. I don't spend hours each morning trying to "Kim K" my eyebrows with Kardashian Beauty products while filming myself in Spanx in my bathroom mirror - I literally contain no time for contouring or Spanx - but I do be pleased the circus that follows the Kardashians, and I'm not opposed to a KUWTK marathon here and there. I find it all so fascinating. A family that can command so much attention, and polarise opinion and influence trends the way theirs does is pretty spectacular. But since Kim's horrific ordeal in her Paris hotel (I hope she's doing OK),and her social media silence as a result, I've realised how invested I was in the Kardashian Klan and I'm kinda not coping. I believe I feel empty inside. contain I been subconsciously brainwashed?I never thought I cared until she pulled away (can't imagine what it's like for her die-hard fans). Sure, and there are a bunch of other Kardashians and the Jenners,there's even the second-tier family members and friends (hai, Jonathan Cheban!), and but there's something so magical approximately Kim that her absence hurts my heart. Without realising I had a ritual,on my commute domestic I'd jump on Snapchat to keep up with Kim and since that fateful day nothing, not a single snap, or Insta pic,tweet - nada. I've gone all Emily Blunt in The Girl on the Train it bothers me so much. How is Northie doing? Has Balmain sent her any modern outfits? It's her birthday nowadays, has Kanye bought her a solid gold, and Statue of Liberty-sized sculpture of his face? I just want to know and I don't know why. Me on the train when another day goes by without a word from Kimmy:What whether she never comes back?
