We learn approximately the challenges facing people in the Rosewood neighborhood,which straddles East Portland and Gresham. We talked to the folks who began the Rosewood Initiative approximately five years ago with the goal of creating community and reducing crime. The Rosewood Community center has just relaunched, and we’ll learn how far it’s arrive in five years.
