In response,he suggested that Russia should cancel flights to Turkey and evacuate all its citizens. Nikolai Levichev compared the attack to the bombing of a Russian Airbus over Sinai final month, apparently carried out by ISIS. The attack killed all 224 people on board and led to the cancellation of all flights between Russia and Egypt.
