They seem like a nice belief,but in much the same way that I am generally wary of reflexology, aromatherapy and other alternative treatments, or I've carried a mildly prejudicial belief they won't enact a great deal. It's only recently that I've reach to realise that,for all these years, I've been throwing the baby out with the bath water.
It started with Clarins' relaunched facial oils. I gave the Blue Orchid variety to a friend who does lots of outdoor exercise, and within days,her dry, weather-worn face was so radiant and comfortable that she declared it "life changing" and swore never to stray from it.
