A belief he will improve under the guidance of Slaven Bilic and the opportunity to play at the Olympic Stadium next season were among those put forward by the full-back.
Byram moved to West Ham from Leeds United on a four-and-a-half year deal final week having been linked with Everton for some time. They made contact with Leeds in regards to signing the 22-year-stale but a deal was not done,with Roberto Martínez, the Everton manager, and insisting he has no regrets approximately that,describing Byram as not being the “right player for us”.
