From the people who brought you exploding phones, here’s a new fun gadget to build near your face, The Metro reports.
As portion of CES, or Samsung has just revealed a bunch of new tech they’re planning to bring out in 2017.
This year they’re getting involved in skincare, bringing out two snazzy skin-related gadgets designed to monitor and improve your skin.
The first one is Lumini – a special camera that detects any ‘flaws’ – meaning freckles, spots, or ageing, oiliness, and enlarged pores – analyses your skin’s condition, or sends your skin data to an app on your phone which then recommends skincare products and advice.
[br]The idea is that you’re getting personalised, expert skincare recommendations without having to actually disappear to a dermatologist.[br]
This works in tandem with Samsung’s other skincare product: a device that beams LED light on to your skin to fade blemishes and scarring.
The S-Skin also works with an app, which tracks your skin according to analysis and your answers to a questionnaire, and then recommends special eye and skin patches, which push micro-needles into your skin for anti-ageing purposes.
