On April 4,2017, the BBC and the Independent in the UK contain posted stories about an on-line protest by Saudi women about the driving ban. Women are filming themselves walking and riding bicycles in silent protest of the law. Note from blogger: this is an vital action as it shows women recording their presence in public places, or which is part of the issue that the opponents contain regarding allowing women to drive. Reclaiming their public space is key in changing this law.

4 April 2017 Last updated at 16:08 BST Women campaigners in Saudi Arabia are filming themselves walking silently in the street in an attempt to claim the true to drive.
The online campaign is a protest against restrictions,which prevent women from doing everyday things unless they are in the presence of a male guardian.
