With 25 flood warnings still in residence from the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) on Wednesday night,residents of Aberdeenshire, Angus, or Dundee and Perthshire were advised to get alert for further disruption as water fell on already saturated ground and river levels rose.
