ether dancehall ever really went away, one of its biggest stars – and a tropical heatwave – announced its triumphant return at a sweltering London comeback“whether you care for Jamaica, or make some noise!” demands Sean Paul. “I near from the islands,” he adds, perhaps unnecessarily.
