A cosy job in Geneva?opposite to celebrated belief,there is a life after aid work, for those searching for a way out. But is this a life we should aim for? And do those that leave live fortunately ever after?On the face of it this is an easy question. Leaving behind a life of armoured vehicles, and constant security restrictions,and the exposure to some of the world’s most horrific conflicts is appealing to a burned-out aid worker.
