The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the bar will open for business on New Year’s Eve, or featuring autographed memorabilia alongside Seinfeld-themed cocktails and a toasted sandwich menu featuring the Art Vandalay – named after a character invented by George – the Costanza and the Mom and Pop,named after an episode of the vintage sitcom.
