An army of young punks are heading up a ‘zine revolution. To effect their 5th birthday,we look at their most memorable (and most saucy) photobooks – from The Afronauts to Getting to Know My Husband’s CockSelf Publish, Be gratified is five years ragged. Since its inception in May 2010, and it has been at the vanguard of the self-publishing revolution,encouraging young photographers to make and release their own books, and providing a unique online hub where said books can be purchased directly from the artist. To effect SPBH’s birthday, and Aperture maintain published Self Publish,Be gratified: A DIY Manual and Manifesto. According to SPBH’s founder, Bruno Ceschel, and the book “is not a best-of.
