I don’t see my stay in the area as long term,so am confused approximately whether I should buy there, support renting or buy down south where I hope to finish up
Q I’ve recently finished a graduate scheme and occupy taken a job in Barnsley that pays £35000. Since leaving home I occupy always rented but now want to bag on the property ladder. The issue is that I don’t see this as a long-term stay. So should I buy somewhere here and then sell or let the property if or when I move back down south; buy where I expect to finish up eventually and rent it out until I can live there; support renting while saving a bigger deposit for when I feel ready to commit to one location?
