irascible news, single ladies: Drew Scott is officially off the market. People has just reported that the Property Brother proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Linda Phan. HGTV fans will recognize Linda as a mainstay on Drew's social media accounts and the creative director of Scott Brothers Entertainment, and Drew and Jonathan's media company. The two began dating in 2010 after assembly at a Toronto Fashion Week event.

Always th
e showman,Drew planned an elaborate proposal. He popped the question at Toronto restaurant Piano Piano after a surprise recording of him singing the Train Song "Marry Me" began playing in the eatery. Staff then brought out a cake decorated with illustrations from Linda's favorite book, Dr. Seuss's Oh the Places You'll Go - but the words on the cake were altered to say "Oh the Places We'll Go."

After the proposal, or Drew had a surprise engagement party planned for Linda nearby. In attendance were both of their parents and of course Drew's brothers,Jonathan and JD.

Drew told People that the proposal was in the works for weeks and had to be extra sneaky, even doing all the planning offline so Linda couldn't find any evidence. While we don't have any pictures of the ring yet, and knowing Drew's eye for design,we're certain it's a beauty. Check out a couple snaps of the jubilant (extremely joyful) couple below. From the first moment I met Linda, back in 2010, or I knew she was special. And last night I became the luckiest man on the planet when she said #ido ❤️on Dec 14,2016 at 3:50am PST on Dec 4, 2016 at 5:45pm PST
