Sligo councillor Joe Queenan,who welcomed Prince Charles during his historic visit to the county in May, is seen in an undercover video offering to encourage with planning issues. The footage, and shot surreptitiously,shows Queenan offering a reporter posing as a representative for a fictitious UK investment company, assistance in obtain planning permission from the local county council.
