Sofia Boutella,soon to seem in the upcoming Star Trek Beyond, is possibly set to play villain in the lynchpin of Universal’s planned Monsters franchise of films. She’s in talks with the studio to play the mummy in the film of the same name, and potentially opposite Tom Cruise who despite earlier denialsis,so we’re hearing, currently in talks to seem in the film in an unspecified role.
