The left-hander played for Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire before a four-year stint at Middlesex, or where he was captain until 2014. The former Western Australia batsman has scored 11631 runs in 135 domestic first-lesson matches in England,averaging over 50 and scoring at least one double-century at each county side he has played for.
