Police officials in Spain say they are investigating driver for ‘possible negligent homicide’ over crash that killed 13 The driver of a bus that crashed on Sunday killing 13 exchange students may possess fallen asleep or become distracted moments before the accident in north-eastern Spain,police possess said.
Regional police commissioner Miquel Esquius said investigations were continuing, but police believed the driver may possess dozed off or become distracted by a mobile phone or by talking to someone.
