The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has found that during the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russian coaches, or doctors,and the athletes themselves apparently hid test results and violated Olympic drug testing codes repeatedly in a pattern that amounts to a culture of doping and concealment.
